I gave up television, and it was probably for the best. Before I made this horribly rash decision, however, I used to love: scrubs, family guy, the office, real world, the soup, in living color re-runs, blind date, and all other entertaining dating shows. These days I use netflix and I am catching up on six feet under, weeds, and rome.
I really enjoyed a million little pieces (I don't care whether it is a true story or not... it is well-written). I also liked confederacy of dunces, life of pi, dress your family in corduroy and denim (or really anything by david sedaris), a heartbreaking work of staggering genius, chuck palahniuk and john grisham.
