About Me

I'm Shari.
My life philosophy is this - Music is Food is Sex, everyone has different tastes, likes it a little differently, just respect that and it's all good.
My friends would describe me as:
Well fuck that. I know myself better than anyone else does... plus I'm not the least bit objective when it comes to this so I'm gonna come out sounding like a peach! So, here it goes!
I would describe myself as sweet but sarcastic with a quick wit. I'm smart and a smartass, I like keeping people on their toes and I like people that keep me on my toes (and those that make my toes curl, but that's a different story!).
I'm a bit of a scatterbrain but trust me, it all makes sense in my head. For the most part, I'm a laid back kind of person, or at least I try to be, makes life easier to live ya know.
I abso-freakin-lutely love music, most kinds except death metal and goth, those i tolerate, but don't love.
I believe that music listenability is ranked as follows...
1) Concerts, live music
2) Radio, I still have faith that bay area radio is going to make a comeback. Listening to it gives you that communal feeling knowing that other people are listening to the same stuff you are
3) Vinyl, yes sound quality sucks, but to me, there's a bunch of great oldies that just sound better with a few scratches
4) Listening to a song on cd/iPod, cassette, computer whatever
