I am currently trying to learn as much about culinary as i can without going to school because i don't see the sence to pay to learn it in a slow classroom when i can just work at a restaurant and learn all of the same things get paid to do it along with getting faster and faster every day since you need to be fast in a restaurant. Basicly i want to be a great chef one day and either open and or own my own place but first you gotta learn it all right? Love the night life as of now i just work during the day and have all night to myself, if i had it my way i would just work all day though who knows mabye i will gotta make money somehow. Im currently working at a hot new restaurant "The Dressing Room" in Westport its an amazing place with all organic foods from vegatables to meats and everything in between from around the state.
