Most human beings live out their trivial lives forced under the disconcerting shadow of some supposed omnipotent being. They aren't even to blame, as this illogical way of non-thinking has been branded into the brain since birth and centuries before. Immediately upon popping out of the womb (or the abdomen if you were awkward), they shower us with some sort of contrived, blessed tap water, supposedly ridding our tainted, infant minds from the burden of original sin (a little fairy tale you might be familiar with if you've read the first couple pages of that Old ass testament). You are but a week old, and society has already guilted you into letting them bathe you. How is this not fucked up? Then you grow a bit older and they still haven't stopped. They tell you to do all your homework, turn your cheek to all adversaries, confess repent confess repent confess repent, and to a pray to that one particular god every night. If you fit the mold just right you go on to pay for university in hopes of landing a comfortable career which pays for your wife and children, who in turn pay for your ultimate death and the lovely flower arrangements at your funeral. Your blood lives on and sells what they can of your worldly possessions at garage sales and then you‘re completely done. These are the guidelines for life and colouring out of the lines won't be tolerated. There are also those ten commandments that we're supposed to abide, but there are always the loopholes for those (liberation not war). Evidently someday this Jesus character is then supposed to return and arrange the apocalypse of our known world, damning the scum to depths that Dante wrote about and taking every else up to a party in the clouds. So now if all has gone according to plan, you should find yourself floating up to that wonderful dreamland, the Elysian Fields, or heaven if you will, arriving at those beautiful white gates, asking Saint Peter what's for dinner. The delicious taste of after-life. The human race has been drooling over it for so pitifully long now. Respecting human dignity for the sole reason of revering the authenticity of Life and its inconceivable potential for greatness are simply no longer significant.
Fuck this, our minds have been polluted and condescended for far too long. There have to be others who see through this accepted deception. Just live like a pirate or live like a priest. No in between. Go all out or don’t bother going. Make your own rational decisions, and don’t tear anybody down as you go along because you just don't have any fucking right to do that. We're all human and we're all going down together. Rest assured this is your one and only life, so make due with what you got. Don't waste it thinking you’ll have eternity to give you another chance. You won’t even be able to say “fuck, it’s too late†because by then you'll be nothing but rotting bone, being eaten and forgotten. Don’t piss away what others only imagine. Make yourself count
