About Me
Born in 1985 in the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. When he was at the age of 12 he has been listening to all type of music eg. Hip Hop , Pop , Rock , Alternative , Heavy Metal , Orchestras , Ballad , Acapella , etc. But soon after a few years later, he when to Europe for a trip. There is where he discovered Electronicas. He was impressed and attracted by the beats of electronic music such as Garage , Drum n Bass , Techno , Minimal , Trance , Gabba , Progressive , House , Deep House , etc. Then after a few of experiencing electronic music, he decided to produce them which now he already have more than a dozen of tracks.
At the age of 17 ,he started to learn mixing songs. After 3 years of self-thought in mixing ,he started to gain experience by becoming a DJ at a private parties as he slow gain confidence, he had his 1st gig as a guest DJ in a club called Barcode that is situated in Petaling Jaya.A few months later he had another gig at a club called Chill which is situated at the same area as Barcode.
At the early stage he plays house music eg Deep House , Funky House and Commercial House. But after awhile he added some more genre eg. Trance , Minimal , Techno and Progressive. His next genre will be Drum n Bass , Breakbeats.Still in the edge of gaining experience and skills.
Now he's a well known underground DJ in the electronica circuit, Shaheed is attached with other distinguished local independent acts such as Telephony Delivery, Tantric and Future Sound of KL. He is currently a resident DJ at Bar Club, Kuala Lumpur and runs his own music company and DJing School; Groove Syndicate with partner and Kuala Lumpur’s electronica legend; Syko G
