You can’t go wrong with this one – it’s a favorite for first-timers! The sweet, succulent, spicy taste is guaranteed addictive - you'll think we put lobster meat inside the shells......or did we??

This delicious Asian delicacy is cooked up Cajun style and mixed with freshly picked basil. The result?? A scent that’ll make you melt, a texture that’ll literally have your teeth sinking into it, and a taste that’s pretty close to nirvana. No, really!

Another delicacy in the seafood world, these are freshly harvested and shucked to order, and served with salt and pepper, lime, cocktail sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Not for the weak at stomach, but recommended for those who know good seafood!

We Cajun-ized it first! This best seller is a MUST HAVE when you visit! Our live crab from the north Pacific is boiled and then injected with our secret recipe, so that each bite you take will be GUSHING with tender meat and our finger-licking sauce. If you didn’t have our Dungeness Crab during your stay, you didn’t really go to The Cajun Corner!
