About Me
I've been a selecta since I was 11yrs old, started to build my sound in 1989. And it all began with my walkman!My sound is called Infinity Sound, I finished building my sound 1n 1993, when I was 14. Took my time init? I was only 11 when I started and tings aint dat easy in JA. I'm from Maront Bay, St. Thomas, Jamaica. Every weekend I would play on the front of my Lane, where I grew up and entertained everybody in the Bay. Playing Dancehall, RnB, Hip Hop, Soka, Reggae, Lovers and much more.
My Dad is an artist, with a band called Crucial Bands based in Kingston, Jamaica. He recently got back from his tour in Mexico. He goes by the name of Carl Balliston. He sang songs like, Children of the Ghetto, Johnny You Too Bad. This tune featured in the film the Harder They Come with Jimmy Cliff.
1999 I came to England, and started playing on Reveive FM, now known as RJR (98.3). Here I interviewed artists like Sparky aka Rugged, Steelo, AQ Wolf, and Richie B.
Soon after playing at RJR I was booked for weddings, christenings, work functions, clubs, house parties, BBQs you name it!
