Where do you start? Well it basically starts in Upstate NY. Binghamton to be exact Billy starts a band that starts in humble beginings and then goes regional and some cases national. The band was Acts. and it rivaled Elf with Ronnie James Dio for headlining gigs.

After Acts it was some chance meetings where he was to join the band Foghat and be the lead singer and guitar player. Billy took over that role and made it his own. People around the country knew that Foghat was back! After that Billy got a call from his friend Mickey Mulcahy and asked if would work with The Outlaws. Billy did a tour as a guitar player and background vocalist for the band. It brought back the Outlaws of old with the vocal harmony and the fullness that the band needed.
Fast forward to the present. Billy packed his bags in '92 and moved to Nashville. He was demoing songs that he had written for Blackhawk and concentrating on his first love, country music.
Billy can also be found singing the classic songs with Badfinger at various festivals and casinos.
