This also means that your rights to the beat are non-exclusive, and in this case, people can still purchase exclusive or leasing rights to the same beat. So if you want to do a demo, or are just recording a demo, or are making an album on a low budget. Once leasing rights are purchased, you will receive a CD in the mail containing the full beat mixed down in either data format ( wav ) or audio format ( can be played in a cd player). You can also opt to get the beat in both formats if you need it. LEASING A BEAT WILL NOT GET YOU A TRACKED OUT VERSION.
