My name is Zane im an industerial painter for A.T.S. Powder Coating ive been there almost a year & a half. We work w/ alot of large transit companies such as ALSTOM, ACCRO, BOSS.My job duties are to clean, prime, & paint any parts that are taged for painting. parts are first cleand using acetone or dentured alochol, then carefully hung on drying racks, the parts are then hung one by one in a ventelated paint booth & primed, then again hung back on a drying rack, if sanding is needed the parts get sanded w/ fine grit sandpaper, blown off w/ a air hose then wiped down w/ a tak rag & rehung to be painted.After the parts are painted & fully cured they are removed form the racks & inspected then carefully packaged then shipped back to the sending company.For info about our other services visit our website.www.atspowdercoating.com/index.htmlcompany contact info is all on the site.
