. I'm a pretty laid back person that likes to hang around people. I used to be a party animal, but I decided to get serious and change my life around a bit, but dont get me wrong I still like to go out and have a good time every now and then. I like to play sports and hangout with people and play in a metal band. I go to the gym 3 times a week and I took up mountain biking, it is pretty fun and extreme and thats what I like lol. Plato wrote that man should strive for a balance between the mind and body. There should be a harmony between the two. Without a well conditioned body, Plato felt, that the mind would certainly suffer. Working out can make the mind reach out. Giving you strength and confidence, plus a firsthand knowledge of the rewards of hard work and persistance, can help you attain a new and better life.I love music and love to make music. I like Metal Rock and some Country.
