We started of as a school band in Broadoak about 2 years ago. It was Robbie Liam and Joe, yeah we didnt have a bass player so yeah. This is when we did our first gig in barcode, just covers. After about 3 weeks on we decided to get grant on bass, which we did and it worked out pretty good. About 2 weeks later Liam and Grant feel out over a girl so then the band went to pieces. Back then we were called 8-Ball. About 3 to 4 weeks later we got back together with a new bass player called Brad. Joe Walkers Brother. We did a few gigs and that was when we came up with the idea of Go-ahead (one of ours songs). After a lot of practice we entered a composition called rock idol which was a school band thing. We became the band for north somerset for this composition. After that we went to the National grid where we had to play live in front of some people who worded for the BBC. we came joined 2nd in that. In between that Johnny Simies entered the band and became a back up singer and a guitarist. So there was now 5 of us. 3 guitarist, bass player and a drummer. moving on, the band decided to get a new bass player and drummer for 4-seen future (as we were called then). so we got Jacob Sotiris on drums and Grant Richie back on bass! Then i stopped playing guitar because there was too many guitarist in the band so i just sang. We did a lot of gigs together and we also won the under 16s battle of the bands at barcode. We did gigs at Stotties and School discos and places. The band changed their name to ForScene. The band stuck together for about a year. we also got a new lead guitarist in called toby, which worked but he decided to leave so we got liam skinner in which has worked and has helped us a lot. liam joined about 3 months ago. Shortly after that we decided to move grant on to guitar and get a new bass player. We got Andy Wilkinson in on bass about 2 weeks ago. After a lot of change we think we can now call our self the forscene which will stay together for very long time. Thanks for reading.
