We decided to start this show after realising that all the online radio shows/podcasts we listen to are American. It's about time someone from England did something about it, and why should it not be us? We plan to give people the chance to hear music that they either: A) Would never have heard of/heard before and B.) Would never have thought of listening to.
We plan to play a wider range of music genres than the majority. We also plan to support as many up and coming bands as we can.
We also are (as far as I know) the only show that has agreed to play at least 45 minutes worth of VINYL during each show...Alot of the music off of the vinyl has been supplied by KILLED BY DEATH RECORDS, some has been supplied by us and some will have been supplied by other sources (whom we shall credit). Alot of the vinyl played is from the 70s/80s but we are open to recieving any vinyl from newer bands! We are also open to recieving any CDs and even MP3s from any band. If you want to be played on this show, all you have to do is ASK! If we like what we hear, you WILL be played!
Please note, we will not play any music with lyrics that include racial hate.
We welcome requests/recommendations from ANYONE in terms of what to play and bands to check out.
