About Me
A 20-year-old male from Finland. I'm a keyboardist and currently I'm playing keyboards in a gothic rock/post-punk band called "Loistava Polku". My past bands include for example In Memorial, Enthring and Deathly Sin. In addition I enjoy playing the piano and I have been taking piano lessons for a few years. I have a sweet-sounding Kawai digital piano, which I practice on. I love especially Clavia and Korg synthesizers and own way too many of them :) I've made some music too, but that's about it for now.
I also like to play the bass every now and then, although I'm really not that good at playing it. I own a cute metallic red Squier Affinity J-Bass, which I play more or less often. I mainly like to play gothic rock (for example Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy or London After Midnight) with my bass.
I have a wide musical taste and enjoy listening to many different kinds of bands and artists. My main interests are in the "gothic" music scene, including bands that are often described as gothic rock, post-punk and darkwave. I also like new wave and some dark synthpop, gothic/melodic metal music and various genres of electron ic music, from uplifting trance to electro-industrial. I love collecting cd's and have "a few" of them already.
As for going out, I like to be with friends and attend many different types of activities. I especially love gothic/industrial activities in form of different clubs like Synapsi, Anvil, Kalma and Nightfall, gigs of gothic artists/bands and gothic festivals. There is one in Finland called Lumous :) (I hope I can someday get to Wave-Gotik Treffen). I am also open to rock/metal -activities, such as summer festivals (Tuska, Ankkarock etc.) and gigs of my favourite rock/metal acts and activities/clubs that play electronic music. Konemetsä is also something I very much enjoy.
Aviation is, along with music, a hobby I love the most. I own a glider pilot's licence, and have recently been flying and taking lessons in light aviation too. I have also been building and flying model airplanes for my whole childhood and seriosly for about 10 years. In fact I was an airplane-freak way before I turned into this gothic gentleman I'm now.. ;) It's something so different and relaxing (and exciting of course) and I feel like the hobby takes me in to a new, different world.

I also don't hang out in myspace so much nowadays.. I prefer real life, although I have these profiles here and there :)
