About Me

Hi - I'm a single, white male. About 80% Metal-Head. I've never been married, and I have no kids; but I would like both marriage and children to happen in my life someday. (But no rush - REALLY!) lol My full-time job is as a D.J. at a gentleman's club. The place is called: The High Heels Saloon. It's located in one of Chicago's far West suburbs - Somonauk, IL. I'm also a musician; a drummer to be exact. I play the drums in a Chicago, heavy rock band called, THROWN (www.myspace.com/thrown1); and I take drumming work in the recording studio, whenever I can get it. This gives me experience in playing other styles of music; besides just the heavy stuff! :-) For fun, I like going to movies, concerts, comedy clubs, the theater. I love going to see live music at the area'a rock and jazz clubs. I'm also a good cook - especially on the grill! So, I'm kinda partial to carnivors! (lol) I'm also a very monogamous person by nature. I never cheat if I am in a committed relationship. Let's see...what else?...Oh, I know!...I am completely disease-free; with no prison record, tattoos, missing teeth, or funky odors. (lol) I like to make people laugh. But don't worry; I'm not "on" all the time.

Well, my only true DEMANDS of a woman in a relationship are: Monogamy, and fresh breath! (lol) But seriously folks....I figure if you can take care of those 2 things, the re st is pretty easy.

Television:

Well, I think that H.B.O. is pretty much batting a thousand with their shows. I've liked them all: The Sopranos, Six Feet Under, Carnivale, Deadwood, Rome, Entourage, etc... They're all really well-written shows. For some reason, I also watch the show, "Cheaters" whenever I can. I can't explain why, but I just love to see the faces of people busted red-handed right in the midst of their own betrayal. It's fantastic! I also like some of the old-time T.V. shows like: The Honeymooners, The Munsters, The Carol Burnett Show, and The Three Stooges! I also love all the old Warner Brothers/Looney Tunes cartoons.

Books:

Most of the books I've read tend to be horror novels. I like that...(what's a good way to say it?) "spine-tingling" feeling you get from reading a good scare! Good enough to make you sleep with the lights on! :-0 I'm a big Stephen King fan; I've read about 20 of his novels. I also like Clive Barker's & Peter Straub's books. The Exorcist, and The Omen gave me pretty good scares. I've also read a lot about Medieval times; wizards, witches, King Arthur, etc...

Heroes:

Seeing and hearing THIS VERY performance by Stevie Wonder on Sesame Street when I was 7 years old literally changed my life. It's what made me want to be a musician.
