I'm an ACE Certified Trainer with Nutrition Certification, and the Founder & Owner of ADVENTURE GIRLS FITNESS. A life-long fitness nut, I created my unique women-only boot camp program as an antidote to traditional boot camps, which focus on heavy weight exercises that create bulky muscles (obviously very popular with the men who sign up for these boot camps). Not only did I want to focus on the unique fitness goals of women (slim, tone & tighten), I wanted to create a program that promotes constant encouragement and positive reinforcement in order to get 100% out of everybody. I believe that anyone can change their lives and become healthy and fit any time they choose, and I'm eager to train fun and interesting women who are ready to be in the best shape of their lives!
