A new year calls for a new synopsis, an updated perspective, and a new way of living. I am destined to be something great, and this is the year that I start embracing my destiny. I won’t settle for anything but the best that life has to offer me. Procrastination and complacency are no longer my best friends. I believe that working “smart” far out-weighs working “hard”. Because in the end, the outcome is what truly matters. Your brain is the only thing that really sets you apart. Beauty is only skin deep, but your mind has the ability to transcend all boundaries and limitations. So do yourself a favor—don’t lose it. But instead challenge it, sharpen it, and then put it to the test. You will be amazed at what you can actually accomplish. I love to laugh—with family, friends, and even people that I have just met. Laughter is what holds me together. I pick my friends very carefully. But once you are my friend, I will try to be the best friend you have ever had. I truly believe that you are who you hang out with. Of course, there are exceptions to the rule, but for the most part the saying holds true in my life. I love to play the piano, but I can only play it by ear. I really need to learn how to read the music, but I feel like it sounds better if it just flows from my fingers. Well, at least it feels better to me? I don’t really know what else to say, so if you want to leave me a comment or a message I won’t be mad at you.
