Today I start my "conditioning" for the training. If Jake can run a full 26.2 miles I think I can run a half! We will see in Feburary.

Okay.... so I know I'm not working and school hasn't started yet.......lets face it TV is my best friend. Can someone tell me why there is an episode of Scrubs on almost every hour of every day?...
