Anything on TLC, HGTV and A&E. Documentaries, Charmed, Everybody loves Raymond and Faith and Hope. I have gotten hooked on Miami Ink even though I don't have any tattoos. I admire their talent. My momma has me watching Days Of Our Lives. I know a soap. It's like real life, there's always someone on there you don't like and can't wait for something bad to happen to them.

Heroes:

A hero comes in many shapes and forms. They don't wear tags to introduce themselves to us. They are our family members, our neighbors, our teachers, our police and firemen. They are never boastful only humble. A simple thank you seems not enough from the ones in need, but makes the hero cry. I have many heros for various reasons. My daughter Jeslyn for her humor and her need to be independant, but humble when I do simple things for her. She stands out in a crowd. She is beautiful both inside and out. She sets goals and works hard to achieve them. I'm very proud of you for the young lady you have grown to be. You have my heart always. My little boys, Jodon and Jadon. God gave them to me when I needed them the most. They are full of love and happiness. They are my inspiration and hope. When the world seems ugly and cold, their smiles can brighten even the darkest of nights and make the world a better place to live in. My parents for making me the woman I am today. My momma is legally blind in one eye and has diabetes, but you would never know it by her enthusiasm to do for others. She always puts everyone else first. She has passed on the gift of knowing patience and compassion. She has taught me how to win the stomachs of many people. I love to cook. My daddy for his determination to remain faithful to the old ways. Yes, he's old fashioned. He believes in his family coming first before anything. He adores my momma whom he has been married to for 45 years. They were a love at first sight. My daddy is repected by many people. I am one of them. He has high morals and values and when he says he will do something, he does it. My grandma Harvey for her gentle voice, but if you listen carefully you can hear her roar. She writes the sweetest letters to me. My grandpa Harvey for his laugh and never wanting to grow up. I still remember the nights me and my Aunt Ruthie use to keep him up with our loud music, but he never said a word as we all snuggled close under that tent. My grandma Newsome for teaching me how to crochet. She had a temper that could make a grown man run, but was so gentle and loving to me. My Granny Dot. This woman has the biggest heart when it comes to loving me and my two boys. My sister Connie for her need to protect me. Yes, mess with me and I promise sooner or later you'll deal with her. Amber, my niece and David my nephew for ways that only my family knows. Amber has included me in all apsects of her life. I was there for her first kiss, her first boyfriend, her first tears she cried, her first crush, her first date and her first dance. We will experience many more adventures together. I'm looking forward to them. And David for his knowledge of computers. He amazes me. He shares his life with me and we have had many long talks together. He doesn't know how to not like someone. His smile is awesome. And lastly, Robert. You have taught me that I can love again. Hope for her daily long distance phone calls. She has stories to make me laugh for hours. We cry together and laugh together. And Nancy, my long lost best friend from high school. She is still the lady I remember her being in high school. Her heart is gentle and loving. Tyler for his love and passion to serve and protect his country. God took him in his arms September 23, 2006. You will never be forgotten. You will be missed by many who hearts you touched. These people have touched my heart and have forever left an impression on it.
