To be governed is to be at every operation, at every transaction, noted, registered, enrolled, taxed, stamped, measured, numbered, assesed, licensed, authorized, admonished, forbidden, reformed or punished. it is under pretext of public utility, and in the name of the general interest, to be place under contribution, trained, ransomed, exploited, monopolized, extorted, squeezed, mystified, robbed, then, at the slightest resistance, the first word of complaint, to be repressed, fined, despised, harrased, tracked, abused, clubbed,disarmed, imprisoned, judged, condemed, shot, deported, sacraficed, sold, betrayed, and to crown all mocked, ridiculed, outradged and dishonered. That is government, that is its justice, that is its morality.Now, anarchy and punk rock pretty much go hand in hand. I believe that punk as music and a culture should not be catagorized and the people who do so are the actual posers who bring disgrace to all punks. as a counter culture, punk symbolizes standing up for what you want and believe in and not conforming to anyones wants or expectations.
