POST NO BILLS is a project born in Alvinville in 2004 from the deepest love for music of Alvin (Music producer) that took him naturally into the producing world. Since he was very young, making music with his guitar, keyboard, turntables and mixing samples together to create musical patchworks was his favorite past-time. Later on, Matt joins the project and they start experimenting with other instruments to add to the guitar lines where it had all started. Now with Matt playing the bass-guitar and Alvin the drum machine and editing it all, they have a lot of original grooves to start with. Jack B. makes them push everything further on when he joins them bringing the piano,keybords,horns so that now they can start focusing on the sound itself. It was all just music till now, Matt starts writing lyrics and recording his voice (just to have an idea) on the tracks but he knows exactly what kind of voice is needed. They had no clue until they met Kali, from Leeds U.K. and they knew she was the one. She loves the project so much that she starts writing lyrics as well and becomes part of the project so called: POST NO BILLS. The band loves working with the different artists and mixes the different moods into the music, just like in Push-Push where Piero (voice) and Roddi (Mc) from FRANZISKA to give a smooth, reggaeton flava to the sound. The tracks are different genres of music to reflect the love POST NO BILLS has for music and everything it stands for. Didn’t someone once say? “There is always a specific track for a specific moment“. Anyway, I heard it!

POST NO BILLS e' un progetto che nasce nel 2004 in Alvinville dalla veneranda passione per la musica di Alvin (Producer),sfociata in produzioni musicali in maniera molto naturale.
Sin da piccolo produce musica con chitarra,tastiera ,turntables
e campioni editati ed uniti a creare collage sonori,Matt si unisce al progetto ed insieme sperimentano l'aggiunta di altri strumenti suonati alle frasi di chitarra dalle quali partono le idee.
Ora Matt suona il basso, Alvin crea il beat e mettendo tutto insieme hanno degli originali grooves dai quali iniziare.
Si spingono ulteriormente quando a loro si unisce Jack B. e sperimentano il piano,le tastiere,fiati fino a curare minuziosamente il suono del prodotto finito.
Ora manca la voce.
Matt scrive cosi' i testi di vari pezzi e stende sulle basi le sue voci guida.
Il prodotto e' quasi finito,gli manca esattamente la voce giusta per ogni pezzo.
La trovano solo quando incontrano Kali,inglese di Leeds.
Si affeziona molto al progetto tanto che iniziera’ a scrivere anche i testi ed entrera’ a tutti gli effetti nel progetto chiamato: POST NO BILLS.
Il gruppo collabora anche con altri artisti per conoscere e sperimentare mondi diversi vedi Push-Push dove le voci dei FRANZISKA di Piero (cantante) e Roddi (Mc. che in Patua decora il beat), danno un’atmosfera piu’ reggaeton al sound.
Le produzioni si diversificano notevolmente volendo dare un' ampia immagine del panorama musicale che hanno sempre apprezzato.
