Club Playthings happens on the last Thursday of every month, upstairs at Oxford’s illustrious Port Mahon Pub.
As a band constantly touring the UK’s massive collection of shit pubs, clubs and live venues we thought we would give it a try ourselves and start a night where the emphasis is on good music, good times, and making sure that bands get properly paid and respected for their efforts.
More like a house party that you don’t have to clean up than a regular live show, Club Playthings plays host to our favourite bands from Oxford, across the UK and beyond, keeping things simple and straight forward. After all, if you do it yourself, you know it’s probably going to be fucking amazing.
