Jamel De'von Walker also known as Forecast was born September 13, 1989 in the Providence Hospital in NE, Washington DC. At the age of three his father died September 27,1992. This made life harder on his mother and also on Jamel at a very young age. After getting older and understanding how life works he had to become a man a lot faster then he was suppose to. Becoming the man of the house, and taking care of his mother also. "Growing up without a father figure wasn't easy" says Jamel, "i had to learn a lot of things on my own that was suppose to be taught by the bigger man". Through all the obstacles, hard times, and nights he still became to grow upon everything and step his game up.When he got a older he started to find out he had a gift. He would always rap when ever he had a chance. By staying loyal to his hobby he began to get better and better each and every day. He has been doing this music for about 7 years now, and mainly focusing on Hip Hop and R&B. He Grew up listening to oldies with his mother, and a few artist that he grew to like on his own. A few where Jim Jones,Juelz Santana, Lil Wayne, and many many more. He says he plans on taking over the rap game from now and forever, "get out the way or get ran over, or get with it or get lost"~Forecast.
