My Interests

Music:

Band Members: Eaglehawk is a solo artist; I'm playing all the instruments and vocals on the recordings listed here, however on "Four Strong Winds" (by Ian Tyson) I am accompanied on vocals by the very talented Kendra Partida.

I'm playing all the instruments and vocals on the cover tune: "The Last Time" (by the Rolling Stones).

"I'm Alright", "The Face of Love" and "Don't You Worry it's Me" are original songs I've written.

I am no longer performing with "Monrovia" or "Unit 56" ...I am completely focused on my own project now - an acoustic/folk, 60's/70's classic -rock and early British Invasion cover band.

Eaglehawk the band is available for your dance, wedding, private party, corporate-event, bar-mitzvah, birthday-hoot'n-anee (yes, we do a little country too) or whatever gig, etc., etc... just drop me an email and we can work out the details.

Don't hesitate to be one of myspace pals cuz, I need all the friends I can get.
Influences: I'm a child of the sixties yes, one of those sad pitiful souls that got busted on his way to Woodstock and is now left with only fading memories of what could'a, should'a been... sure, the dvd capturing the event is cool but really, I'm over it okay!

My musical influences have been: Crosby, Stills & Nash, Neil Young, James Taylor, The Beatles, Dan Fogelberg, The Eagles, Eric Clapton, Gordon Lightfoot, America, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Santana, Led Zepplin, CCR!

From Acoustic Folk to Merseybeat and from 60's/70's Classic-Rock to early British Invasion bands.

The Kinks, Buffalo Springfield, the Byrds, the Yardbirds, the Hollies, Dave Clark Five, the Lovin' Spoonful, Bob Dylan, the Shadows of Knight, the Ventures, ? - mark and the Mysterians, Them, the Zombies, the Monkees, the Classics IV, the Young Rascals, the Searchers, Johnny Rivers, the Grassroots, Eric Burdon and the Animals, Steppenwolf, Gerry and the Pacemakers, the Hermins Hermits, the Doors, Simon and Garfunkel, Marvin Gaye, Van Morrison, the Four Seasons, Johnny Cash, Diamond Rio, Keith Urban, Brooks and Dunn, Jefferson Airplane, Jimi Hendrix!

Well, what can I say - I'm easily influenced.
Sounds Like: Acoustic/Folk-Rock, 60's/70's classic-rock and early British Invasion.
Type of Label: None
