Mendel's Palace - In Stores Mar. 3rd!

About Me

There have been no updates in quite some time and I am overapologetic for this misstep on my part. We have been very busy in the studio, trying to put the necessary time, energy, money, and creativity in an album that we can be proud of. We are almost there, and patience is paramount in this process.Look for tracks from the new album to be posted within a month (late December, early January), and a slew of dates to be scheduled to support them. We cannot wait to share this new music with you, and we often giggle like school girls in our anticipation.Meanwhile, we have spent our time booking a few shows at venues we feel will strongly support the music we create. Please take the time to come to a live show for a mix of great music, lame schtick, and my marble mouth attempting to shape platitudes that take off like one-winged Boeings.

Sounds Like: ...a musical breeze blowing through an orchard of sugarplum trees next to a lemonade tributary. Like a thousand chainsaws in a noisy arcade. Like a politician choking on honesty. Like crayons with missing paper being colored down to their tiny stubs. Like neurons misfiring. Like common sense. Like passionate discourse. Like vehement diatribes. Like a listful of pretentious analogies.

Rallying Cry

Ok, I'm gonna need a hand. I was reading some Hawthorne the other day, and I bemoaned the loss of such great writing. Here's why. Listen to most music nowadays and the singer will sing you his ...

Apprehensive is the way to be!

At 3 a.m., the door to the master bedroom burst open and Alfred rushed in with his open robe flying behind him. "Sir, you are needed!" he cried. I groggily turned over in my bed and tried to...
