Photography started out as just a hobbie that turned into a passion that made me one day decide to try and hike across the country with my camera equipment and document it. While out there sitting on top of mountain in Maine a vision came to me, one that seemed imposible... yet I set out to accomplish it, to one day have these studios span from one coast to the next. I didn't have the foggiest idea of how to or where to start, so I just started... that was back in 2003 and I am still at it today. In other words, I am a man just chasing that dream. I finally got serious about turning this passion into a carreer in 2006 and rented a run down retail space that had been dormant for about 20 years and started taking pictures professionally. I landed what ever accounts I could and they varied from sports, to portrait, to weddings while I worked 40-50 hours a week at a full time job, and remodeled this run down building into the first studio here in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Almost three years later I was able to open for business it took that long to construct and there wasn't any grand opening or anything like that, bills were coming due and I was forced one day to just to turn on the open sign, but not till after crestenzng a bottle of wine on it first. One down and many more to go.
