My name is Rich Marshall and I live in Colorado with my wife and 3 kids.  We love spending time as a family outdoors skiing, hiking, camping and enjoying the scenery.
Living in difficult economic times I understand that sometimes bad things happen to good people and sometimes good people aren't able to make their monthly financial obligations.  However, it is also important not to perpetuate the situation for the business owner.  The business owner needs to be paid for products and services rendered in order to stay in business and generate positive cash flow.  When a business owners receivables slow down or become delinquent, the next thing you know the business owner becomes just like the person who wasn't paying him in the first place. That is where I come in, I help business owners generate positive cash flow by collecting on delinquent and slow paying accounts and I do it in a way that does not jeopardize the business owners relationship with his client.
