This is the official myspace site for the UKGoth Club List website.We have over 300 gigs listed in the UK at most times and a comprehensive Club guide. visit http://www.freewebs.com/ukgothclublist for full details. We only put a small numberv of events up on Myspace due to time issue!

We are building a new site which will really take over from both the website and this myspace entry .. keep an eye on it please for developments

The Myspace allows us to expand upon the areas that we are curently restricted to with the Freewebs site and will also enable us to add reviews of clubs, gigs, releases, events and other areas of Goth/Alternative friendliness and interest. We welcome friends of the website to contribute to this page and help give everyone in the UK and our visitors from elsewhere an insight into just how varied the scene really is.

We will be uploading tracks to the player and we aim to have this rotate and change on a regular basis. All tracks uploaded are with the full permission of the bands involved and if you would like your song uploaded please shout up and we can get it sorted out. UK-based acts will get priority followed by International acts that are touring. Priority will be given to those acts with gigs and/or a new release they would like people to know about. Alternatively, if we just love a song and get permission to upload it we will!!!

Delkaetre - also known as Eleanor. I started this project in the wake of netgoth's vanishing, but it's grown and grown since then. Trashcan joined me, and the wonderful people of the alternative scenes have been most helpful with bands and information. I haven't been around as long as most, so I've been devoting my energy into making up for lost time and getting to know as much about goth music as I possibly can. My favoured styles of music are eighties-style Tradgoth and modern deathrock, but I've been known to show weakness for the synthier side of things as well. At the moment I'm a tad busy with earning a degree in politics, but the Listing keeps my attention firmly on the goth scene when I'm not at lectures!

Trashcan - aka Ian. The second person to come on board with the project. A bit about me and why I'm mad enough to take this never ending challenge on? My background comes from the mid 1980's the new wave, goth, rock era. For those who know me The Alarm is the band I've followed since 1985. But during that period especially the early days of Mission, SoM, The Neph, Eves, Salvation, Ghostdance, NMA etc I was lurking around at the edge of the goth scene. I got online in 1998 going down to HappyGoth events in London. Musically I've gone past just the guitar bands and dabble a lot more in the electronica side these days. But it's not just goth there is a life outside the scene for me!
