Angela Fair was born in Jacksonville, Florida, her family was there while her dad was in the Navy. They moved all over. Most of her time was spent in South Orange County, California in a little desert community of Mission Viejo. At that time the nearest grocery store was miles away from there home. Mission Viejo is where she entertained the kids playing drums she made out of boxes. She would put on a record of the Beach Boys and Kiss and acted as if she was the drummer of the Band. Her mother signed her up for ballet classes. After a month she was also in jazz, tap, and modern dance. When it came h time for her to be on stage, she was excited - a dance recital was scheduled. A little Stage fright didn’t stop her though, because once she was on stage, the Acting bug bit her. “The audience is clapping for me!” She thought to herself ! She never thought the other parents where clapping for their children , she felt like they were applauding just for her. A Star is born ! One boring day Angela’s dad got out a movie camera. They made a home movie, a western, and Angela was the star of the movie. That’s when the movie bug bit her. After graduating from Dana Hills High School she got into movies. Her first movie was “Gleaming the Cube” starring Christian Slater. The director asked her if she was a member of S.A.G.. *The Screen actors Guild. Her answer was “No, but I’m sure my mom will let me join.” She wished she knew about the business back then. (Her advice is to do research of the business before you step right in.) The second movie was “Heathers” as a background actress. Once again, she was asked to speak a line. Although it was just one word “What”! But she got a line. She was also in Freddie Krueger’s , “Nightmare On Elm St.” movies. These parts paid her way to study abroad in England at Oxford University for a semester. She received an AA degree in film and TV. While attending Saddleback Jr. College she did a lot of student films. One day while she was coming out of a bank, a lady came up to her and asked for her autograph. Angela thought - cool. The movie “Star Trek 9” had just come out in movie theaters where she plays a Bauchu. Angela thought she was going to make it. I’m being recognized, so she signs the autograph. The lady reading Angela Fair said, “I thought you where Sharon Stone.” That got Angela thinking. While filming “The Fan”, she met Joseph Manuela, who is Robert DeNiro’s look- a- like. He was the first one that told her she looked like Sharon Stone. From his advice she signed up with a “Look- a- Like” agent. She just walked in the agents office dressed like Sharon Stone as in “Basic Instinct”. The agent signed her up that day. When Sharon Stone ceased making movies, so did Angela’s Gigs as Sharon Stone. One day while reading the VARIETY newspaper, Angela noticed that there was a Marilyn Monroe Contest. She told her Agent she was going to do the contest. If she did well she wanted to be booked as Marilyn. She did the contest and placed 2nd. She was happy with the outcome. As she walked away from the stage, many of the guests and the judges congratulated her for doing well. At the contest she met a lady that books singing telegrams and started booking her gigs as Marilyn. Angela was in the movie “L. A. Confidential” as Marilyn Monroe. Danny Devitto was a really great director and she liked working with him. She hopes to work with him again. As Marilyn, Angela got booked for a birthday party at the Roosevelt Hotel. As she was fixing her make up in the mirror, a lady (Jeanne Carmen , a “B” movie actress and a sexy pinup girl, who was a close friend of Marilyn) said, “I thought you where a ghost. You are looking in the mirror that used to be in Marilyn’s house.” Angela did a really good show and Jeanne Carmen said, “You’re the best Marilyn.” ! 6 years went by and Angela met up with Jeanne Carmen at a luncheon and she told Angela not to sit with her even out of costume. “You remind me too much of Marilyn.” Angela went to Canada for the World Tribute Artist Show where she entertained at Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. She was excited because the movie “Niagara” was filmed there starring Marilyn Monroe. She got started looking like Nicole Kidman when she and her mom went to the movie “Cold Mountain”. They sat in the back and after the movie a lady came up and said, “That was a great performance.” So Angela asked, who you think I am? She said, Nicole Kidman. The lady would not believe she was Angela. For about six months Angela was getting a lot of mistaken-identity. She started doing Nicole Kidman in Look-A-Like productions! WWW.INTERNATIONALCELEBRITYIMAGES.COM She was working as a background actor for a movie starring Rene Zellweger. The Director came up to her and said, you look too much like Rene, you can’t be in the same scenes with her. For the remainder of the day she sat in the “Background Actors” holding area, except for the last scene when she got to work. She did ask if they needed a photo double for Rene, but was told that she was too tall. As herself, she has received small parts in movies such as, “TR3” working with Arnold Schwarzenegger. She played a warrior in the movie “Serenity”. Last Christmas she played Mrs. Claus in a Christmas play in the San Clemente Playhouse. If Angela was not acting she would not know what she would be doing. She loves entertaining people. She loves laughter therapy. If she gives something to someone and makes them remember the good old days, or look towards the fun days of the future, or makes your party that gets talked about, then she is doing her job and loving it. She is doing what God wants her to do, making someone happy. I hope He is laughing too.
