R.I.P. JUANITOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Prophet began doing poetry and spoken word. This eventually led to raping on a micro level. His friends started a group called The Deck. Seeing others around him rapping inspired him to persue rapping. After his release fromEthanAllen, he persued his basketball dream. when injury stopped that dream he turned to his passion, music. Djing @ 89.9 was a good start. This move allowed him to develope connections in the music industry. after djing for a couple of years Prophet began promoting shows as well as performing. this allowed him to be independent. After promoting came producing. Prophet learned to produce his own tracks so there was no dependence on other artists and producers for his own production. After appearing on numerous mixtapes and being featured on other artists cds the idea of the reawakening came to light. Prophet wanted to create a mixtape that was different than others and had a quality that was better than wut was out there. after years of being in the background the reawakening propelled Prophet to the forefront of the local music scene. many did not know him as an artist and many hated on him for having a dream and a vision to make it. September 11th 2008 is when the reawakening droped and the game aint been the same.
