Ali Warren

Hello everyone, my name is Alistair Warren. I am an acoustic singer-songwriter who has just moved up to London from the darkest depths of the West country and is looking forward to getting as many gigs as possible around the area. I have been writing music for a number of years now, which even with Mantlepiece and other bands has always come from a singer-songwriter perspective. Like any musician i try to be a little different and original, although like many things such as fashion, patterns in music are repeated over time so it is most likley that it has all been seen before?! The point is, i love music and am enjoying the songs that i am writing at the moment. I try to put everything into my live performances because i love expression through music. I love that i can get up on stage and completely lose myself within a song and if im lucky, the people im playing to will find something within the music to relate back to aswell. I dont really have any long term goals except to play lots of gigs and keep writing music. If you like what you hear then please come and see me live and we can have a pint (preferrably guiness).
