no favorites at the moment, but a quick list of a few books i enjoyed is: The Count of Monte Cristo, Wicked, The Diamond Age, The Power of One, Pride and Prejudice. One Hundred Years of Solitude, Bel Canto, Me Talk Pretty One Day, Vamped. all of the orson scott card books i've read.----- as for kids books i like A Wrinkle in Time, A Separate Peace, The Little Prince, books by Mark Twain, Robert C. O'Brien and Frances Hodgson Burnett. ----- i want to read: Chronicles of a Death Foretold, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, the Communist Manifesto, some Bertrand Russell, more Bukowski, more Dumas, more Stephenson, more VONNEGUT, more SALINGER, more SEDARIS, more... more everything
i don't really have a "hero," but i admire people who don't care to please others, but are genuinely good people... so my sister comes the closest to my hero.
