They came and arrested him the day before Halloween. He has now been sitting there for over a month. Chalay has turned out to be quite the young gentlemen; I mean is he an angel? Not by far, but he is a great son, an awesome brother, and a wonderful father to his lil girl. The reason for this message is because we, his family and closes friend are setting up a defense fund to raise money for the best possible lawyer in town.
