About Me

I am a full-blooded Blackfoot from the Piikani and Kainai Nations in Southern Alberta, Canada. I've been making short films and videos for the past 6 years and have taken courses in film history, film theory and screenwriting. I completed the American Indian Summer Institute for Film and T.V. intro program with FOX Studios in Los Angeles, California in 2006, and just completed the Advanced program in July 2007.I graduated from the Full Circle: First Nations Ensemble Performing Arts Program in Vancouver, British Columbia in April 2007. I own, operate and perform with the Neo Eccentric Theatre Company, which was formed in 2002. With over 100 public performances to my name, I've begun the journey as an actor for the screen. My most recent short "Chain Link Fence" is available on Youtube. I have just completed my most ambitious project to date. It's called "Chance" starring Leah Day, Jason Cyr, Stacy Da Silva, Micheal Auger, Myron Lameman, and yours truly. It was showcased at the 2008 American Indian Film Festival in San Francisco, CA. It will be coming to a theatre near you!I started my young career as a broadcaster. As a freelance writer I've had over 30 articles published in various newspapers, magazines and web-sites. I was profiled by New Tribe Magazine and was featured on CBCs (Canadian Broadcasting Company) radio show called Eccentricity.My major influences in film have been, Darren Aronofsky, Sergio Leone, Spike Lee, Stanley Kubrick, Orson Wells and Mr. Q Tarantino. My immediate goal is have a feature film completed by 2010. I will become the worlds greatest auteur filmmaker and have prophesized my death to take place in 2037, I will be 55.
