Chi Iota Omega Sorority was founded March 20, 2003.The Alpha chapter at The College of Staten Island, remain strong in our commitment to Sisterhood, Tradition and Involvement. Chi Iota Omega means enduring friendships, encouragement, support and sisters where ever one may live throughout life. We take part in many service projects and fundraiser's to benefit those in need. We are committed to being active and helpful every way we can. XIO Philanthropy/Community involvement includes, but not limited to: Project Hospitality, Toys for Tots, Blood Drives, March of Dimes Walk, Light The Night Walk, Fashion Show for Breast Cancer and Walk for Multiple Sclerosis. XIO Parties: Rush Parties, XIO Annual Halloween Party,Sweetheart Bash " Be the Next Mr. XIO'',Winter Madness Party " Which XIO Sisters on your Wish List ",Mardi Gras Party,Schools out and so are the Lights Party,Black and White Party and St. Patty's Day Party.
