hey all, i write and run this myspace so it'd be a bit weird writing in the third person so im not gonna do that, and it is my excuse for all the spelling mistake i will make throughout as it has never been my forte and sometimes im just too lazy to use spell check
i first started playing guitar and singing when i was 10. one summer i got bored so i picked up my dads guitar and a "play guitar with these three easy chords" book and started from there.
i then started playing live when i was 12 in local bars (having to be sneaked in so the cops didn't catch me), i got the buzz for it so while most kids were playing football in the park i was at home with a set of headphones deciphering chords to my favorite albums which i stole (and sometimes scratched) from my big bro
in 2006, i started kharma 45 [ myspace.com/kharma45 ] with guitarist pete doherty (not the smack head one) and we lived the rock and roll dream, being signed by warner brothers uk, playing a uk tour which lated over two years! it was a great time, being able to play all the major festivals which i dreamed of attending never mind playing, and quite surreal at times. then come February 2008 i felt like my time with the band had come to an end and i had to follow my heart, even though i felt like a shit to the other guys and a bit of a walking cliche turning solo
and so we end up here!
im still currently in the writing phases, doing all demos on my laptop (which is a temperamental fucker by the way) and recording all the tracks in my bedroom in my parents house. oh how things have turned full circle! so please excuse the quality of them all cause at the minute i am playing all instruments of which i am the master of none and ive never held the delusion of being a producer or a mixer which are one of the finest arts i have ever found
