My name is Charlotte York-Goldenblatt. I am happily married to my one true love, Harry Goldenblatt. It's a beautiful story how we came to find one another. It was truly in the stars that we were supposed to meet and fall in love! If I hadn't met my first husband, Trey MacDougal, I would never have met Harry, who was my divorce lawyer, and we would never have fallen in love! Sooo, true, isn't it? And so wonderful...
Harry and I recently adopted a little girl from China. Her name is Mary and she's just positively gorgous! Harry and I are so lucky! Being a mommy has been the most wonderful experience of my life. I cherish it, and my beautiful daughter each and every day, and I will for as long as I live.
My three best friends are still a huge part of my life. Even though in the past couple of years we've all gone through some major life changes, it's done nothing but make the bond between us grow stronger. Miranda is also happily married with a beautiful little boy named Brady. Samantha has settled down (finally!) with a wonderful young actor named Smith Jarrod. I'm happy to say that she has also beaten breast cancer, for which we are all grateful. And Carrie is back in New York with the man I always knew that she'd end up with, Big! Yay!
My name is Miranda Hobbes. I am 40 years old and I am happily married to the only man I have ever really loved, Steve Brady. Funny thing is, I never thought I was the type to be someone's wife or mother. But now I'm both! lol I have to admit, it wasn't an easy transition... just ask Steve. But, it happened, and I couldn't be happier that it did.
Steve and I have a son named Brady Hobbes. When Brady was born, Steve and I weren't together, so I decided to combine his family's last name with mine. Steve cried at the gesture, of course, but that's just Steve. He's an emotional guy, and I guess that's what makes him so wonderful.
Although our little family currently resides in Brooklyn (I miss living in Manhattan!), I still get to work and visit my friends in the city. Thank God! I have been a lawyer for the past, I don't know, what has it been now? Wow... eleven years now! God, I'm getting old. But a few years back I made partner, so, I have to say I am quite proud of myself for that.
Samantha, Carrie, Charlotte and I are has tight as ever. Samantha is still with Smith, which is another example of how much people can change! Big and Carrie are together again, which at least now, I approve their relationship. I believe that they both have grown and changed enough to pursue a healthy relationship together. We'll see, I guess. And Charlotte is also happily married with a daughter that she and Harry adopted from China! Her name is Mary and she is so cute! (But never as cute as my Brady!)
