The Great Lake Swimmers are currently enjoying buzz-band status this summer as they tour their native Canada’s festival circuit. Having been chosen for the Short List of the esteemed 2009 Polaris Music Prize, the band joins a list of previous nominees that includes Arcade Fire, Broken Social Scene and Feist, among others.
