Daly Stephenson was born on 15th January 1994, in Rockhampton Central Queensland, Australia. He started playing country music at the age of 11, and has been doing so for four and a half years. In 2006, he released his first album- "Western Roads". That same year, he won many awards at a number of regional country music festivals throughout Queensland. There, his title track "Western Roads" (which he penned himself), made the CCMA Top 20 Singer/Songwriting Awards and was also a finalist in the Coca-Cola kids Talent Quest. While in Tamworth, he was approached by Bruce Howat, who runs the "Hey Hey Its Country" road show and was invited to perform at number of Venues around the Hunter Valley region in New South Wales. This was his first break for him in the country music industry.
Throughout 2007, Daly performed and competed at many Country Music Festivals in and around Queensland and New South Wales. Tamworth 2008 was another great festival for Daly as he played at many gigs around Tamworth. Daly released his second album "Somewhere Along the Way" back in April 08. Daly also attended Camerata Country Music College in July 08. Here he made 20 new life long friends and also had the opportunity to enhance his Country Music Career.
