...before i go any further, i have to shout out to all the people that will be holdin' down the sand at the beach this summer..i know im gunn c u all there and im jus makin sure ur gunn be ready for the jet ski's and wakeboarding..THERE WILL BE A SUMMER LONG CONTEST - RULES ARE YOU HAVE AN UN-OPENED BEER TO START WAKEBOARDIN, ONCE YOU ARE UP, YOU MUST CHUG THE BEER..IF YOU GET THE FIRST ONE DOWN..YOU WILL HAVE ANOTHER STASHED IN YOUR LIFE JACKET, START CHUGGIN' THAT ONE..(most people arent that good-i know im not..) but there are the rules and you HAVE to stick by them.. !!! ANNOUNCEMENT !!! APPLE RIVER SIGN UPS ARE NOW IN PROGRESS!
As A LOT of you already know, Apple river is located in Somerset, WI and is roughly a 3 ½ hr drive from Des Moines, I have been there 3+ times and had a BLAST every single time..basically here are the steps that we will go by..1. Get up to Somerset around 7pm and set up tent. (yes we will be camping all weekend so bring a tent w/pillows..)2. CRACK A BEER!!!3. DRINK ALL NIGHT!!!4. Wake up in the AM (whenever really) and float down a (slow current) river w/hundreds of wasted people..(VERY VERY FUN!!)5. Get a shuttle back to the campsite and then crack another beer.!!! Lol 6. Drink all night and get ready to repeat the above steps.. ALL ARE WELCOME TO COME!! !!! NO DRAMA PLEASE !!!
We will be going July 6-8, it is only for one weekend...ALSO we will be closing the summer off with a trip to Apple River also right before school starts.. (prolly lookin at the end of Aug.) but more details about that trip later on in the summer..you will all be getting invitations to both trips..
