Lindsay Cameron

About Me

Raised on a diet of country music and 80’s pop, Lindsay Cameron didn’t hear her first Led Zeppelin song until she was seventeen. Yet despite the late introduction to rock and roll, she has proven herself a quick learner.Drawn by the quick pulse of city life, she moved to Los Angeles at the age of seventeen and began writing songs. The lifestyle quickly imprinted itself in her music, creating a mix between classic rock and pop. In 2005, Cameron formed her first rock/ folk band, a classic rock jigsaw puzzle called “The Lindsay Cameron Band”, or “The LCB” for short, who performed at The Knitting Factory, The Key Club, the LA Music Awards, a series of shows with Acoustic R&B mastermind Bushwalla, The Cat Club and L.A.’s famed Viper Room.In New York Cameron recorded her EP, “NYC Sessions” featuring singles, “Life of the Lonely”, “Heartbreaker”, and “Paris Days”. Having just returned from playing shows in the midwest, she is hard at work recording her new album to be released this fall.
