Leigh is a composer, producer, and musical artist whose early jazz influences of Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, and Sergio Mendes set her on a strong path of clean, crisp jazz sounds with traditional instrumentation and song forms that are anything but ordinary. Classically trained, her deep romantic roots found in composers like Brahms, Debussy and Gershwin eventually led her to her true love of the timeless, well-appreciated styles of Bill Evans and Thelonius Monk. Her original music will lift you up and give you something real to hold onto long after the song has ended. A graduate of the esteemed Indiana University School of Music, Leigh also has a long list of music direction credits to her name in education and musical theater.
