I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

There's not that much to know. You get what you see. I'm pretty upfront and blunt (bitchy, if you'd like)..... I am living with my grandparents until my life gets back on track after going through a marriage almost as brief as Brittany Spears' first marriage. I can laugh about it now a little bit now. I am still pretty jolted though. I go to school full time to get my BSN and I am now wondering if I should switch degrees. I don't know. That is the extent of my boring life. People who are true friends know the dirty truths behind it all. HA!My next Tat!

My Interests

I like to get out and do things. Which unfortunatley may include quite a bit of partying, but you are only young once. I love to travel and learn about new places and see the diversity of the world. However that requires money and most of time I am low on that. Reading, watching movies, listening to music and playing around on the computer are some of my regular day to day things. I love outdoors things, like boating, swimming, fishing, you know...... I also like to write and love to cook. Especially if it is a new recipe. I am kind of a dork at heart. .."http://www.funmunch.com/icon/" target="_blank"

I'd like to meet:

Some new friends and possibly get in touch with some old ones. I am not currently looking for any romance on the computer or anywhere else. Truthfully, it just kind of scares me to hook up with a complete stranger from maybe having a few chats and reading a probably embellished profile.

Music:

Ok, here we go. First and foremost I always have to put the The Doors, Led Zepplin and Beatles in the top three. Then there is Fleetwood Mac and The Stones. Rock 'N' Roll will always have my heart. I have passion for music and I love everything from country, hip-hop, rap, r&b, alternative, new rock, classical has it's times and the blues. Can't be biased. Open your mind and your soul!

Movies:

There are so many cool movies out there, but all of them are so different. I guess it just depends on my mood on what movies I would put on my favorite list any given day.

Television:

I go through such spats of not watching any TV at all and then other times I am like a TV junkie. It is kind of odd. Those are newer ones, but I have a passion for my old 80's and 90's sitcoms that I have probably seen every rerun of.These are examples of the above statement, brought to you strictly for your viewing pleasure.Ohhhh Ohhhh Ohhhh.... I forgot American Idol

Books:

Myspace IconsI love to read, but I must say that a book like "A Million Little Pieces" or "My Friend Leonard" will make anyone a reader or and I hope it is as good or better than his first. My favorite three books after that are "The Divine Secrets of the YaYa Sisterhood" and it's prequel "Little Alters Everywhere." The movie was good, but like always could not do the books justice. And my other favorite that I probably have read 4 times or more is "A Seperate Peace." I also like most every Dean Koontz book that I have read. I just started reading Nicholas Sparks. I love autobiographies and my favorite series is by Rebecca Wells. You know she wrote Divine Secrets of The YaYa Sisterhood."

Heroes:

Myspace IconsWell I have a plethera of individuals that I consider to be hereos in my eyes. My Mom and my Step Dad are the first to come to mind. If I can not admire them and regard them as hereos for everything they have done for my family and I, I do not know who if anyone I could consider to be a hereo. Also, Johnny and my cousin James are at the top of my list for their courage and bravery of being true soldiers. For that matter every American soldier is a hereo of mine for simply fighting for my freedom while giving up theirs.
