I like to think am a fitness freak: I usd to sprint, kick ball n do press-upz everyday as a yout, by 13 i devoped a talent for B.ball, athletics n tae kwon do which built da PAK, hence da name. Started tumpin weight on n off at 16 then cyclin every day made me lose weight so a bin hittin gym seriously for the last 15 mthz.
