Chicago born.
California raised.
Texas schooled.A wild rover no more, I came back to the homeland in 1999, and here I stay…at least for now. Following a business degree from Chicago’s DePaul University, a mixology certification from The American Professional Bartending School and an awesome study abroad stint in Ireland, this aged punk rocker began mellowing out with “indie†music, picked up a job in advertising, got married, bought an old 1930’s cottage in the country and—after a failed (and nearly finger-severing) attempt at whittling—planted a small vineyard and began making moonshine instead (technically it’s wine and beer…but you can still go blind from drinking it).
My Interests
I'd like to meet:
other vintners and homebrewers northwest of Chicago (McHenry, Kane and Lake counties)
