About Me

Well, I think this whole page is pretty much *already* about me (at least what I'm willing to let the entire MySpace world know!). Honestly, what you see is what you get....I'm a child of the 80's, battling with my "adult of the 2000's". *sigh* I'd say I'm a pretty happy person by nature...and I love to spend my time with people who I can share some great laughs with (the more wicked & sarcastic the better!). This page allows me to display the fun part of my personality and to flirt with my inner freak. As for my more personal and serious side...I give as good as I get, so if you want to know me beyond the usual "friends comments"....share....and I'll share back. :)

Obviously, people with similar "loves" as mine....Kings die-hards, hockey fans, old-school rockers, new-school rockers, horror movie buffs, Halloween fanatics,Tivo addicts, people who make me laugh till I'm teary-eyed, people with "interesting" interests ;)...and friends from my past that I've lost touch with. Music:

Hmmmm......let's just say that if it's (late 70's to present day) classic /hard rock/ heavy metal, I probably like it. I also enjoy other genres of music, too...but mainly, I'm a rocker girl at heart. I spent most of the mid/late 80's - early 90's at either the Country Club (Reseda) or up & down the Sunset strip (The Troubadour included). I even haunted a few of the clubs behind the Orange Curtain (RIP Marquis Club). KNAC nights at The Red Onion and "Pure Rock" nights at Gecko's (Huntington Beach) all made for great memories...and are very much missed, but I still go to as many concerts/ shows/ gigs (whatever you want to call them) as I can.ROB ZOMBIE - Metal Madman, Horror Movie Aficionado and KINGS FAN!...so what's not to love?

Movies:

Horror / Thriller is my favorite genre...I love to get scared and/or creeped out...so if it makes me cover my eyes, scream, sends a shiver down my spine or gives me goosebumps...it's on! I also love comedies (anything with Jay & Silent Bob in it or a Vince Vaughn / Jon Favreau duo), "epic" type films and movies that really give a surprise twist at the ending or make you think / discuss for awhile after it's over. ******************************************* "It's hard to stay mad, when there's so much beauty in the world. I'm currently reading "Angels & Demons" by Dan Brown. Also, "Wherever You Go, There You Are (Mindfulness Meditation)" by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Heroes:

My Mother and my Aunt....who are both survivors in their own unique ways. My Grandfather....99 yrs. old and still playing pool (that rules!). :)
