20th December at the Annual Icelandic Antichristian music festival!
Atrum live November '08
Atrum was formed by Sigurður, Úlfar and Arnar in 2005 with the goal to create a powerful and dynamic atmosphere within complicated and challenging music. A demo version of “A Travellers Tale†was recorded in 2005 and a number of gigs were played in '05-'06 but the summer of 2006 Atrum parted ways with Arnar (drums) and Friðþjófur (bass) because of diffrent interests and plans. A fresh breath of life was blown into the whole when Ragnar joined on drums in January 2007 and, making the line-up finally full, GÃsli entered on bass guitar.
Today, we are proud to present to you “Ymirâ€. The currently featured version is a rough mix of what is to be on our upcoming promotional CD. On this CD we’ll not only crush you with some pure Icelandic extreme metal but also take you to realms beyond with the usage of classical instruments, choral appearances, trumpets, cellos etc. Atrum is on the rise, so beware fuckers!
