ABOUT US:
Hello fellow to all of our fellow paranormal maniacs out there! We are a group called S.P.I.R.I.T.S.™, which stands for “Specialized Paranormal Investigators Researching In The Supernatural”. We formed this group in October of 2007. We are an informal group, which means we do investigations on our own spare time. Most of us do not have a lot of spare time, but we do what we can.
My name is Sarah Sigler. I am one of the founders for this group. I help investigate and I am the manager of the team. I also film our investigations, take pictures, as well as make our logos and banners.
My husband, Dustin Sigler, is also the founder. He is our lead investigator and is the EVP specialist.
My brother-n-law, Derek Sigler is our Co-Investigator; he helps us occasionally when he has time or when we're in the area of where he lives.
My good friend, Karen Avizur is our film editor. She does not have time to join us on investigations, but she will help edit the videos we do capture to make them easier and more enjoyable to view.
We are still looking for a few more investigators as well. So if you are in the Morgantown area and would like to join us in an investigation or two or if you know of anyone who'd like proof of a haunting in their home please let us know!
We do not have many investigations to show since we are a new group and all four of us are in college, working, or both. We try to do as much as we can. We love this line of work and we take it very seriously. We are hoping that some time when we are done with college we can do more and more investigations and really be known. We have been to many places, but mostly Point Pleasant, West Virginia. We are good friends with the Mothman Museum in the small town. You should stop by there, its fun!
How We Got Started:
We formed this group in October of the year 2007. We are located in Morgantown, West Virginia in the United States. We originally had five members, including two members from Virginia. Their names were Trey and Ben. Unfortunately due to their schedules, they had to leave us as of February 2008. The two founders, Dustin and Sarah Sigler, had been wanting to start a paranormal group for some time. We are both fascinated with the paranormal and anything out of the ordinary. We are not just into ghosts, however, we also love creatures. We love looking into cryptozoology as well as hauntings.
As stated before, we are an informal group. We can only do investigations when we are not working or in class. We love this line of work and want to do all we can to get in as many investigations as possible. We have gotten calls about demons and evil spirits before. Unfortunately, we do not have any experience in that field. We would love to experience it and eventually help people rid evil spirits so they can live normal lives, but as of right now, our line of work is like that of TAPSâ„¢. We only go into certain areas to prove haunting. We do not have experience in cleansings and do not want to false advertise this message. We want to help as many people as possible, so if you are in need of help, call us and we will find you the right group to do so. We only have the equipment to catch ghosts on tape; whether it is video or audio.
