About Me

you can purchase it at:

Pegasus Rocrds, Tapes, & Cd's

Rivertown Coffee Co.

or the Off Campus Bookstore across the street from the main entrance to UNA
Album Info:
I live in Florence, AL where I attend UNA. I love music and I love to write music that encourages and challenges others as well as myself. My hope is that you enjoy it and are influenced by it in whatever way enhances your day to day. Feel free to contact me through this page about anything you want. I would love to come play at your function, party, gathering, church, barbeque, club, coffee shop, store, house, birthday party, bar mitzvah, wedding, wedding anniversary, chili cook-off, or what-have-you. I have a pool of fantastic musicians I can also draw from to accompany me if you wish. We'll call them "The Huxtables".
I also play guitar for a great band called "The Ray Brothers", you should check them out in my top 8. It's fun stuff
Thanks and remember that God is bigger than you or I, so don't box Him in. Don't make Him something you can understand, something He is not. Become a part of His movement, don't make Him a part of yours. That is all.

Influences: Derek Webb, Jonny Lang, Sufjan Stevens, Ryan Adams, Jeff friggin' Buckley, Chris friggin' Thile, Norah Jones, Paul McCartney, Ben Harper, John Mayer, Chris Thomas King, Amos Lee, Bela Fleck, Damien Rice, Bob Dylan (typical, but I love him), Daniel Johnston (also typical, but I love him too), Stevie Wonder (not typical, but I have to get my funk somewhere), James Taylor, Caedmon's Call, David Crowder* Band, Leeland, Mute Math, Lovedrug, Robert Randolph and The Family Band, and even though they have very very little to do with my sound, I really really like James Brown and Kanye West. K-West actually inflences me greatly as a lyricist, so I retract that partially.
Sounds Like: Acoustic folk with focused lyrics and a little bit of blues and country at times.
