How to listen
Live shows are recorded Monday thru Friday. For show times Monday thru Thursday visit the forums . Friday's shows are always 12 midnight Friday night EST. More details on how to listen and participate with live shows can be found HERE .
After a show is aired live, it's saved as a free MP3 file called a podcast. Podcasts use RSS (Really Simple Syndication) technology to automatically check for and download new shows.
